As yet unsealed beads I've made from book and magazine pages or other available paper. Unlike digital college, I can make these when one eye is on the fritz and/or I'm watching the news and wanting to scream. Also a way to do something with the advance reviewer copies Publishers Weekly used to send in our pre-digital-only days...those can't be donated and resold, I'm long since out of bookshelf room, and I hate to just consign all that nice paper and print to the recycling bin. When possible, I cut the end of each strip that comes from a book page to display a fun snippet; the tiny fragments of narrative that end up on the beads are fun.
